When you click on ‚disconnect‘ the tab should not close, only disconnect

Hallo Royal TSX Team,

when you click on ‚disconnect‘ in the tab context menu, the tab should not close, it should only disconnect.

Currently, the tab closes when clicking on ‘disconnect’, and this is frustrating because I often want to reconnect to a PC at a later time and then it’s obviously not in the tab menu anymore.

Disconnecting from a connection should not be the same as closing a tab.

If a user wishes to close a tab, he can click on the symbol on the tab.

If the user clicks on ‘disconnect’, he is disconnected, but the tab stays open in the tab menu (see picture 2 attached to this mail).

Please enable an option to set this alternative program behavior.

In order to clarify this request, see pictures below.

Note:
This option already exists for Terminal connections (Advanced > Session > Close Tab when session ends) but not for RDP.
It may therefore be easy to implement this feature for RDP connections too, because it’s already available for other connection types.

Best regards,

Mr. K

What an insanely stupid idea.
