Support for RegEx and Wildcards in search field(s)

Hi ,

It would be great is the search fields in Royal could support RegEx and/or Wildcards.

Also, some option to set on the characteristics of the search, like case sensitivity or setting the option to use RegEx and/or Wildcards, would be great.
