Save layouts

Dear developers,

Though the layout option to set rows and columns is quiet convenient for displaying windows, I found myself having to rearrange the tabs to certain position every time the program restart. It would be nice to have the option to save the layout so that it doesn’t need to be done manually.

Hi Brian,

thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately this is not as easy as it sounds as there are many scenarios and edge cases where it is not possible to restore tabs and panels. I will keep this on my radar and when we find a good solution we will implement it.
