Royal Server performance counters not working as expected

Whilst trying to monitor Royal Server metrics using the Performance Counters listed here I noticed a few issues:

  • The counter ‘SG Connections Dropped - Wrong Software Name’ is actually ‘SG Connections Dropped - Wrong Softwarename’
  • Some of the metrics report 0/nothing incorrectly. For example in the Royal Server configuration tool I can see I have 3 secure gateway connections open, but the relevant performance counter is 0. The counters i’ve been able to verify as working are the total requests and requests per second metrics
