Royal Server and Royal TSX

I might be missing something simple here. But from my understanding about Royal Server I should be able to do the following:

  1. Installed Royal Server on Windows 2008 R2 VM in my lab in Seattle.

  2. I’m at a clients in California and want to open Royal TSX and double-click on one of my NAT-based connections to a VM in my lab and establish an RDP session.

I have done the basic configuration on Royal Server, which also includes configuring the Royal Gateway Server. I have made the needed firewall changes in my lab. From my Royal TSX I can click Open ‘Royal Server Document’ and it populates the document I created with the server list.

What step am I missing here? It wont allow me to click on any internal VMs and establish a session.

do you still have the problem? I am not sure what exactly is not working in your environment: opening the document via Royal Server or connecting to some connections inside the document?
