Maintenance Check error at startup

Hello,

I installed Royal TS v7 (7.00.50817.0) and get an error every time I start it :

“An error occurred while checking the maintenance status. The error has been logged. Please try again later.”

If I run Royal TS as admin then I have no error message, but I would like to use it as a normal user, as I did with v6 without any issue.
