How to add userName when using SFTP

I don’t know how to add username when I using SFTP or SSH

I cannot use username@ip

I always get the error:

An error occurred while executing the action 'Authenticate'. Details: String cannot have zero length.
Parameter name: userName

This is my first time using Royal TSX, please help

Hi!

Switch to the Credentials page to set your username, password or private key file.
