GSSAPI and `ssh-agent` support for Secure Gateway (SSH)

It would be awesome if the Secure Gateway through SSH supported GSSAPI and the build-in ssh-agent in macOS.

This can be used in to the regular SSH connection today with “Run inside Login Shell” but not in Secure Gateway.
