We sometimes use the Ad Hoc section of the menu. But, even if we have some favorite templates, it shows the default settings first. Could our favorites be on top of the dropdown?

I understand why having favorite templates at the top would be convenient, especially if you use the Ad Hoc section regularly.
For now, I’m hesitant to change the order because the default settings are usually the primary options most users expect and need first. Templates are currently considered additional options, so moving them above the defaults could be disruptive for users who rely on the current behavior.
That said, I’ll keep this feature request open. If more users vote for it, I’m happy to reconsider — possibly as a user-configurable option rather than changing the default behavior for everyone.
