Does this work with Windows 11 DELL Desktop?

I have several dell desktops, windows 11, and I want to use the Royal TS for connecting to them locally, and I am getting a screen which says PLEASE WAIT

I am able to connect when I use the simple RDP provided by Windows 11, so I am thinking this tool should also work ?

If this does not work, please create a new ticket here:

and attach the debug file to the ticket as instructed on the bottom of the page.
