Connecting to a switch via Putty-based terminal does not work

Using the Putty-based terminal, I cannot connect to a switch via SSH. It’s quite old one which I cannot update.

In Putty, I need to put “RSA” on the first position under SSH->Hostkeys.

I do not find the same possibility in RoyalTS 7.3.50320.

Would be great if you added this possiblity to change the host key configuration.

Current workaround is to use the Rebex-based terminal.

Hi Peter!

Glad to hear rebex based terminal works here. I will put this on our feature list and hope to get support for it in the 7.4 timeframe.

Small update here: next release will offer the host key configuration as found in the PuTTY settings.
