Add Column Chooser for Advanced -> Gateway option

Something we would find useful would be in the Customization view (Column Chooser), a column that would at least let us know if the “Advanced -> Use Gateway Server ” option

is set.

There is an option for the Secure Gateway Name but not the Advanced -> Gateway Server or at least a flag showing if this is set to ALWAYS or Never
