Nothing works after upgrade to 3.3 on macos

macos version = 10.13.4

I choose to open my existing .rtsz, no response on on the UI. try to new a document, after I input all necessary field, and click apply, no response. Whatever you did, you get nothing on the tree list …

License shows: Active

Hi Jun,

as stated on the top of the navigation panel (sidebar) your objects are filtered by favorites.

To disable this please click the yellow star button on the bottom of the navigation panel.
