how can I see the ans file content panel. The panel only displays : “Please select a single log file” message
Because I want to use the export button, to export the ans file to a txt file.
For some hosts the content panel appears and for some other it does not.

Is there a chance that you switched the plugin from Rebex to PuTTY where you don’t see the ANSI player? The PuTTY plugin cannot handle these files therefore it will not be displayed on the dashboard. Try switching back to the Rebex plugin and see if the ANSI player is available.

I don’t remember switching the plugin from Rebex to Putty.
Anyway, I did check again and Rebex is the Active plugin, see capture.
The ANSI player works for some hosts and I don’t see any difference in their properties.
Maybe some advanced or hidden setting I am missing….
That’s odd. May I ask you to open a support ticket and provide some more information (version you are using) and full screenshots? Maybe we can figure out what’s going on.
