I can not Install RoyalTS on MS Surface

Hello ,

i have this Setup from Windows but i if i start the Setup from RoyalTS 5. (or 4.) then i become the Dialog “Prepare to install” ….. but no more …..

Please help .

Hi Uwe,

we haven’t heard of any issues with the installer. A couple of things you might want to check:

  • check if the installer was downloaded completely.
    You can find the file hashes here: https://www.royalapplications.com/go/kb-ts-win-previousversions

  • temporarily disable AV/security tools to ensure they do not interfere

  • check the Windows Event Log for information why the installer might not start

  • try to install with a different user account or on a different machine
