Feature request: Interactive PowerShell Remoting with support for Secure Server

I would really like to see a interactive Powershell Remoting based session type. Like Enter-PSSession. If that session could have support for “Secure Server” (SSH tunneling) like f.eks RDP can, that would enable me to reduce the amount of RDP sessions needed significantly.

I was encouraged by Stefan Koell, support at royalapplications.com to issue this request here.

Hi,

this is not on our shortlist yet. Since OpenSSH is now adopted by Microsoft and also available for Windows, it’s quite easy to just use a Terminal connection (via SSH) to connect to a remote machine’s PowerShell session.
