Connect to shared document using native SFTP / FTPS / FTP connection

Hi,

I’d like to see the ability to connect to a shared document using a native SFTP / FTPS / FTP connection. i.e. It would be nice to be able to connect to the FTP* shared document source directly from within RoyalTS, similar to how it is implemented in KeePass. This would eliminate reliance on third-party cloud services, like Dropbox.

I’d also be open to the option of paying for a Document Store server application. We don’t need all the features of Royal Server. It’s also not justifiable as we consult; our own server infrastructure is very small scale.

Hi!

Thanks for the feedback. Right now we don’t have plans to provide a “document store only” option in Royal Server. Right now, the only alternative is to use some sort of shared folder.
