Change of payment operator

Hi,

as a long-time user, I am disappointed that the royal apps payment provider fastspring.com has removed bank transfer from the possible payment options, leaving only card/paypal/google pay.

Unfortunately for my company the only payment option is bank transfer, until a year ago this was possible this year no longer.

We would have liked to extend our licences, but unfortunately we cannot do so.

Is there any chance in the future of changing a payment provider?

AFAIK, wire transfer payment options are different based on country. I’m not sure why fastspring removed it for your country and I certainly can ask them for the reason and if there’s a chance to bring it back but I think the much easier way would be to use a reseller to obtain a new license or extend maintenance. Feel free to contact our support to lookup resellers in your country and provide contact details.
