Add always on top flag to Royal TS Full screen window

When in full screen mode, the host taskbar appears above the full screen window.

Adding an always on top flag would fix this issue. This can be done with PowerToys always on top tool, but it would be convenient to have it within Royal TS.

Thanks for the feedback! Could you clarify whether you mean the main Royal TS window in full-screen mode or a full-screen connection window? A full-screen connection window should already cover the local taskbar, so we’d like to confirm which window is affected.
